We are a land clearing and forestry mulching company serving Grimes, Brazos, Washington, Burleson, Waller, Montgomery, Madison, Walker and Austin counties in Texas. We are not in the business of collecting or selling personal information. What we collect, we collect so we can quote your job and get back to you.

Information you give us. When you fill in a form on this site or call the number listed, you may give us your name, email address, phone number, the location of your property and a description of the work you want done. Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site records basic technical information when you visit: your IP address, the type of device and browser you are using, which pages you looked at, and the site or search that sent you here. This is standard web server and analytics data. It is not tied to your name.

Cookies. This site uses cookies — small files stored by your browser — to keep the site working properly and to understand which pages people find useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.

We use the information you send us to:

• respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote
• contact you about scheduling, access to the property, and the work itself
• keep records of jobs we have quoted or completed

We keep enquiry and job records for as long as we need them for the work and for our own business records — typically several years, since land clearing work is often revisited and property owners come back to us. Server logs and analytics data are kept for shorter periods, set by the providers.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including secure connections on this website and access controls on the accounts where enquiries are stored. No method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you would rather we did not keep your details at all after a job is finished, tell us and we will remove them, subject to any records we are required to keep.

This website is intended for property owners and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

This website may link to other websites, including our Google Business Profile and social media pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not operate. Read their policies before giving them information.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
